I am not sure of the fees but I do know for instance with me and like neteller - the convenience outweighs the fees.

Here is from their site. I can look in to more details about it later if you wish or try asking support@betjm.com

Your BetJamaica Cash Card is a fast and convenient way to withdraw funds from your account. Your pre-funded Cash Card can be used at any Plus enable ATM or establishment that accepts debit cards. Using the links below, you can apply for your BetJamaica Cash Card or request a transfer to your BetJamaica Cash Card. If you are requesting a BetJamaica Cash Card, please remember to send a copy of your ID by fax to 1-800-315-2168 or scan and email to banking@betjm.com. Your Debit Card will be processed and sent upon receipt of valid ID and approval from one of our e-wallet debit card providers.

I received an e-mail from them that basically said the same thing but they did mention some sort of monthly maintenance fee.

it would be kinda cool if I go to a restaurant a pull out a bet Jamaica card and ask if they accept this

While this is true, it does not apply to your ATM withdrawls.
