Who is the most overrated QB in the NFL?

With football just around the corner, I have been thinking... Who is the most overrated quarterback in the NFL?
I have a hard time choosing between Tom Brady & Peyton Manning.. How about you?

those two are highly rated, that part is true, but they deserve every bit of the accolades

they are not overrated

overrated, although he is good, he gets way too many kudos, Ben Rothlesburger

Definitely Romo

Although I think Eli is right there, he does have a bunch of passes dropped or tipped for INTs

The only hard question I have thinking about those two are which one do I want to start for my team
