Who is the one athlete/ celebrity

that you are in total awe of? Whenever you see them in person its surreal.

For me it is Larry Bird. My company has pretty good seats for the Pacers games. From where I am sitting I am pretty close to where Bird stands in the tunnel. He was such a legend while I was growing up, that I sometimes just watch him. I know pretty gay and if I was gay, I would probably........ lol. But seriously, anyone you guys have that you admire like that?

I would have to say Dan Marino (locally) but I have met him several times so it has wore off.

The person who I have not met that I would be in awe of would be Michael Jordan.

Everyone else - I could give a crap. lol

Shark - I met Cal twice and I hate to sound like some in here who toss names around all the time like they are buddies - but I even ate pizza with him one time. Long story - but it was pretty amazing.

For me, Cal epitomized what a pro athlete should be: Dedication to his sport, loyalty to his organization, a true passion for the game he played, respect for the fans, and most of all, he came to work every day regardless of how his body felt or what was going on elsewhere in his life. True gentleman, and consummate pro!

No, actually he gave it his all but just is not very talented. But if I needed a tutor for my kids in school - I would probably pick Fiedler
