Who would of thunk it? Philly ranked #2.....

Two thumbs up to the 2nd dirtiest city in the US.

Finished second to New Orleans with LA, Memphis and New York rounding out the top 5.

Dont worry, once New Orleans finishes cleaning up the hurricane damage (these things take time) Philly will be able to claim its rightful ownership of the #1 dirtiest city in America.

so after reading why its dirty the biggest reason is high price of parking. LMAO.

Although Philly ranked among the dirtiest, our pizza, historical sites and museums ranked among the best. Philadelphia ranked number four for pizza, behind Chicago, New York and Providence.

Levitz also points out a new poll coming out in U.S. News and World Report which ranks Philadelphia in the top 10 of family friendly summer destinations
PROB SHOULDVE READ THE CRITERIA AND THE WHOLE STORY THERE RPM. DUMMY

I know there were lots of big words in the article but you might want to read alittle closer there Einstein. The line you quote about the high price of parking comes from the highly unbiased Meryl Levitz and not from someone at Travel and Leisure Magazine, the folks who released the survey.

Who is Meryl Levitz? Meryl Levitz, the CEO of the GPTMC -- CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation. Sure Meryl has no vested interest in trying to blame the jump from 4th to 2nd on the filthiest city scale on the high price of parking. LMAO
