Post Who's the most underrated manager in baseball?

If you had to pick one who would it be

I may have to go with Ron Washington. This guy has made Texas relevant again and doesn't seem to let distractions interfere.

I think a lot of people would call Francna overrated

How about Clint Hurdle? Took the Rockies to WS and now has Pirates playing winning baseball for first time since like 1992
