Why are you guys dicks to the new guys?
I joined a while back to talk sports and I sit back and watch the way you guys treat the new people and I don't get it. It doesn't make a newbie want to post here.
Why is that?

I have seen alot of new members join here in my time and the ones who come in here and want to be part of the team and not be the team are very much welcomed. It usually is guys who come in here acting like they are bigger and better than everybody else that get called out, and it is up to them to then prove themselves after shooting their mouth off and with most of them they tend to flame and the end result is pretty easy to see.
Called human nature, you want to sound like an ass well expect to have problems if you fall flat on your face.
