agree, even if he is found guilty, he will probable get home dentention, community service and fine. Wont see the inside of a prison...

You could be right attorney man. This is a beyond a reasonable doubt case so a little tougher than a civil case where it is just a preponderance of the evidence. But still think the government will get there.
