Mcbinya, I am curious what would lead you to believe that Cappers Mall would "fold" simply because the legislature passed a law making it more difficult to fund an offshore gambling site? The Unlawful Internet Gambling Act of 2006 does nothing to the industry other than that and most offshore gambling sites are sure to continue operating as normal.

Good luck and welcome to Cappers Mall.

We are currently in the process of implementing our contingency plan by reconfiguring the site into Porno Mall. The mall will not fold, but instead offer its members 1st class adult entertainment at rock bottom prices!

If people choose NOT to patronize the offshores, there are still onshores available (locals).

Therefore, CM will NOT cease to exist.

this site gets its dollars from sponsors, BJ,pinny, wwts, greek,SI, etc... bottom line is that if these books close US business this site will not exist because it will be sponsorless unless jack charges a membership fee which I would be cool with because I will be going through a local

I do know this, Jack has offered us a buyout of our severance packages. Could be a sign of how he feels this is going to shakedown
