I got food inside one of the tooth pockets about 3 days after I got them out, had to go back and get it all sucked out the pain was so bad when I stood up out of the chair afterwards I passed out and took a header into a wall, when I woke up there was like 6 people standing around me asking me if I was ok.

I was lucky cuz both roots were not split straight or outwards--one was slightly inwards on each tooth, so minimal pain after removal. Had the two pulled before lunch and was eating solid by 10pm or so. Only took 2 Tylenol w/codeine right after the pull and was A-OK.

I remembered for the longest time that I could feel holes in the back of my teeth.

You should be feeling better now Dave.

I got all 4 pulled at one time and just went into a vicodin coma for 2 days, was all good after that. If your in pain just go to the doc and hell clean out the pockets for ya, you might just have aggravated them or have some food in them.
