I have mixed feelings on this one. On the one hand it is nice of them to significantly reduce the bill. But another part of me thinks it never should have gotten to this point. It's ridiculous that she didn't get a call/text/something after it reached a certain level.

it isn't possible for us (yes i work for t-mobile) to text every customer that starts using a bunch of roaming charges or any charges out of the ordinary. Granted, this was a lot of extra charges but we just dont have a way of scanning every account every so often to ensure it is not happening.
