saw this story. Actually have a friend who has previously adopted 2 Russian children.
Apparently, while the child did fly alone, they made arrangements with the airline for him to be watched, and they also arranged for him to be picked up at the airport in Russia and taken back to the agency. Some of the things this kid supposedly did (threatening to burn down the house and kill everyone while they slept) would give me some serious concern for my safety and the safety of my natural born children.
