Workout fuel : Dave NZ this good?

Have you ever felt even though its time to work out or go jogging you don't have the enrgy to do it?

Have you ever experience power or enery loss in an exercise workout?

Or maybe you had a great workout but felt less than great within an hour or so afterwards.

If you're familiar with any of these situations there's an easy natural way to power up by eating certain foods.

According to a nutritionalist doctor ,
the top four power foods are :

Water : Most people end up dehydrated by the end of a workout.
It isn't good to over hydrate but it is important to sip water throughout your exercise.
Aim to drink one cup per hour.
Or if doing an intense workout one cup every 20 minutes.

Trace mineral compund.

To be added to the water you drinki while working out.
This is great for helping you replace lost electrolytes and ensures you
feel energetic throughout the entire workoout.

Pre workout snack : Fruit is great because it will give you a mild burst of
energy and you won't crash afterwards.
An apple or handfull of your favorite berry works well.

Post workout meal /snack/shake.

To be eaten within one hour of your workout
( if trying to lose weight) if not as soon as possible afterwards.

One tablespoon rice , or hemp protein , water , unpasteurized honey and organic banana .

For a snack organic trail mix aslso works well...

A Whey Protein drink 1/2 hour before/after or both works great. I personally just do it after as before working out I'm good to go
