Exclamation Workout music

For those of you that workout, what tunes do you beat out?

Hard rock usually here, while I like most genres thats what I prefer when working out.

I like listening to metal when I workout.
Aggressive music makes you move when doing cardio.

Yep. Believe there have been studies that have proven metal, more than any other music type improves the intensity of your workout. Obviously it depends on the Individual.

used to listen to music - anything fast/hard... but last few years, just go with silence - too much finding a good song - but then again this was before ipods... just carried over working out with no tunes...
