Definitely the same person for each group. I know a couple different people who received the same type of emails from "Stan" with the geeks. He used the same lingo that "Roy" used. I actually had their service for two years and did fairly well with them, but then they jacked the price from $200 to $500 per year. Now they're pushing the same garbage as the geeks and unit, outrageous fees for losing plays.
