Worst Celebrity Tippers

Probably the only 2 that shock me would be Usher and Rachel Ray. Not surprised at all by the others.

Everyone can call me cheap if they want to but I'm not leaving a tip of more than 20 dollars no matter how much my bill is( if it's only me and the lady).I'm not giving a server 90 dollars just because my bill is 450, no server deserves to be making that kind of money per hour, not to mention they're never just waiting 1 table at a time.

I actually agree with this........Unless I am getting personalized service at a highly upscale facility, there is no way I am tipping 15-20% on a bill of $450

We've talked about this before. The waiter/waitress starts at 20% when they take my drink order. It's up to them if they want to stay at 20%.

If you cannot tip 15% of your total bill, then you are too cheap or you don't have enough money to go out. To tip less than that is a slap in the face. If I get bad service, I tip 5 or 10 % exactly. That hardly happens at all. If you tip less than that, remember they are making $3.00 an hour and have to tax everything and usually have to share tips with the busboys, bartenders, expos, etc...

For those that have $450 bills, most times those bills are tipped with gratuity included at 18%. I don't know many foursomes having that kind of bill without nailing the alcohol back too. At 6 people, it gets close if you have a party of chub-a-dubs. 8 people it is automatic.

If you tip well, people remember that.
It shows the next time you get the bill.

I don't get much food comps around here, but I sure get a lot of drinks for free, especially football days. My buddies and I can easily rack up a $500 bill at BW3 some sundays. Get the bill, only $400. Pay the $400, tip $100. Everyone is happy.

Tip of the day: most chicks working at places like BW3, Tilted Kilt, Applebees's, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday's are sluts. Use that to your advantage.

Jordan and gretzy in LA playing BJ, MJ tips the waitress 5 dollar chip, grez takes the 5 chip off the waitress tray, puts it back in MJ chip stack, grabs a 100 dollar chip out of MJ's stack . Tells MJ thats how we tip out here in LA.......

Places should just post prices including tax and tip, like how much of the rest of the world outside of North America does it. Eliminates the possibility of workers getting screwed, and the customer is just asked to pay one lump sum, as opposed of being asked to pay for three separate things. If they are really unhappy with the service, then the customer can ask to have the tip or some portion thereof removed.

I read the article in the attached link, and although they made fun of the practice, with certain people, ie Tiger or Jordan, autographs would be a far better tip than cash.

Being in this business can be hard. Use to work at a fancier restraunt. Use to have to deal with dickheads who were snotty as shit and demanded anything. When people go out they can be dicks.

I do try and tip accordingly to how I think the server/waitress handled the dinner. If I had the money to go out and spend $1000 on a meal then I would tip enough.

Ari Gold made the list

How is this news? My wife manages at a local restaurant and says the people with money always tip the least. Class warfare. We tip a minimum of 25% unless the service it horrible then it's less of course but any effort at all gets them a good tip.
