WTF is a "BOE"?

First time I saw the term used, I didn't think anything of it. In fact, in context it didn't seem like it meant anything. So I dismissed it.

Now, it seems like I see the term all of the time! Maybe I'm just spending too much time reading the epic threads currently in the basement.

Can someone please give me the definitive answer on what the term "BOE" is?!

What does it mean and why do so many people use it?

BSG (with all due respect pal) gave a definition in the Basement, but somehow it just doesn't satisfy my mind.

Actually, I see that Upinya had a link to the "urban dictionary" in another Basement thread:

Urban Dictionary: boe

There are other "meanings" that BSG didn't tough upon that, quite frankly, are a bit disturbing. Man, I am getting old...
