Xbox kinect

Hey Peeps thinking about getting a XBOX Does anybody have the Kinect it gets really good reviews. Saw some reviews of it at the E3 on you tube looks wild

People are saying it's better then the WII
I know they don't have a lot of games for it just yet but was wondering if anybody has it and how it works
