Yhoo

Watch this stock, if it gets some stabalization today and tomorrow it will be a good idea to pick some up. After the horrid quarter that yahoo had it only has one way to go in my opinion, up.

I was looking at Yahoo, if you get into yahoo, be cautious because it has already broken its 4 month uptrend. I would have a stop loss around 25, if it goes under 25, it is a definite sell because it has strong support there and would break down. Take a look at the 6 month chart below.

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=YHOO...=on&z=m&q=c&c=

If yahoo does move up, look for it to make a run at closing the gap at 32 where it dropped down to around 28. You could snag a nice 4 point gain. It is definitely a bit oversold right now.

Here is a nice chart showing where it could make a run at closing the gap down.

If it can close that gap, set up nice with a little sideways action, a nice volume day over 32 would be a nice break out for another entry point if you are looking to scalp a few points here and there. GL to all in your trading. Remember, never trade on emotion and the charts never lie.

Here is a 3 month chart where the break out can occur around 32. Always watch the volume, strong volume always indicates a real breakout, little volume wouldnt hold much value. VOLUME is the key.

whodi thanks for info but fyi, your chart links don't work the way you'd like them to. the links all take you by default to the 1 yr chart.

you know what - forget what i said. the links work fine for yahoo's normal charts. i had the "beta charts" turned on and the direct links would not work for those.
