Stars: Is the best by far A+ support. & they have the most players.

FTP: Had there chance to be neck & neck with stars but blew it. Support is not that great, I have a better chance of getting on a plane and asking them the question face 2 face, that would be quicker then the support e-mail. But I am sure when I got there I would wait at least 8 hrs. before my question was answered. I see can see Stars taking more clients from them everyday. Also FTP's security dept. is stuck on dumb. FTP support gets a C- in my book.

Bodog: Support is good, at least a B+, many players say they do not like there software but I like it. If you are going to play 8 tables at once this is not the site for you because thats where the software issue comes into play. But one table you are fine. They need to do a few more things like add a much needed points store, and try to get there checks to ther clients in two weeks insted of 30 days. Otherwise they are good. Real soft cash games if thats your thing.

Absolute Poker: They will have a hard time trying to recover from there super user account issue. I can see them going down hill, I would not play there just because of that issue. I am sure more then one person on staff had to see what was going on.

UB: owned by Absolute, will never be what it was back in the day. They have one of the best tourney stuctures on the net. But now has a lack of tourneys & clients. Support get a D- in my book. Someone needs to buy this site that has some money to burn on advertising & tourneys. The software needs and update, and they need to re-staff the whole place, launch everyone and start new.

They are owned by an F rated sportsbook, imo you may have problems getting a payout from them. You should try Bodog.

i agree about the support...their support has been crap for several years now...their software is the selling point for...they offer first person point of view which no poker room offers...they finally got adjustable sized tables which is something i have asked for years now...ever since the poker legislation brought up by the usa government it has gone down hill...they have lost clients and to make up for it they changed their rake policies and points as well...now that they have this new point promotion it makes it even worse...i do agree they were better back in the day

I have not logged on to UB to see the new tables yet, I will just for kicks. It's really a shame that they took so many steps back. This site could have the players that FTP has now. I miss the old UB, I wish they would get some commen sense going.

the tables are pretty much the same as before...but now you can adjust the size and tile the tables like you can at most poker rooms...just took them fricking forever to get with the times in that aspect
