Hard to say. My Thanksgiving Dinner resembles very much that of my X-Mas Dinner. In the latter I add 2 French Cdn homemade tourtieres (made of ground pork/beef/veal). ps (already had mine as Cdn Thanksgiving comes a bit earlier than the American version.)

Oven baked Turkey with it's natural juice

Mashed potatoes (mashed with milk, butter, savoury, salt and pepper) top with more butter and a beef gravy on the plate

Mixed vegetables portion (corn, peas, carrots); sometimes add cauliflower and broccoli.

Hors d'oeuvre: prepared/pickled beets, olives, along with diff cheeses.
