A lot of good ones already mentioned

Magnolia, Bottle Rocket, Fish Called Wanda

SC...good list but eh Amores Perros?

I like a good thought provoking indi movie but that movie was just too gay for my taste

Black Christmas (where modern horror took shape)

Los Locos (in the shadows of "A Man With No Name" but with a nice dash of modern humour)

House of Games (I started trusting fewer people after watching this way back then)

Four Rooms (someone mentioned it above and I'll tack it on too. Never found out why that Crack-me-up-Comedy never got the higher marks)

Trespass (u bet...they all came in at the right place but the wrong time. I'll try to watch it again this week...u guys should too)

Brokedown Palace (a high-spirited drama. It kindled my flame back then. I would still fight Tooth & Nail to preserve the freedom and democracy we have and cherish so much)

Red Rock West (a good suspense for it's time)
