Youwager.com are Crooks do not bet with them!!!!!

they just refused to honor a bet I made on the packer game last night because they "made a mistake" in the line.

When I called to ask why they wouldn't honor the bet i was given the run around, I told them to cancel my account at which point they told me they would need to charge me $55 to send a check due to "vendor fees."

what a joke.

Any recommendations for a reputable online sports book? Where you can cash out without hassle and they actually honor the action you place?

I tried to rip them off? They accepted a wager on a line they placed, and unilateraly pulled the wager after I won. I guess I don't see how that is me ripping them off?

If they are going to advertise a line and then accept a wager they should be prepared to accept the consequences.

By your take upinya every time yous ee a line that you think is advantageous aren't you ripping off the book? And shouldn't you call in and tell them that you think the line is off, because you woudln't want the book to unfairly lose any money right?

If the line is obviously flip flopped, yes I definately call them and tell them.

If I think a line seems a little too "advantageous" - and I have any doubts about its authenticity - I would call and make sure that it is a correct line before placing a wager.

If it's a line that's obviously wrong, they will and have the right to cancel EVERY time

It's best to get something out of the deal, If you call and point it out to them, many books will give you some sort of free play wager out of it.

I guess I've never run into this situation before, so I thought it was incredibly unfair. But since everyone is telling me that this is standard practice, apparently I was just ignorant about how it works.

I don't like the idea that a book can unilaterally revoke a line after I make a bet, but whatever. What books would you guys recommend online?

Yeah I think a few ppl tried to tell you that when you first placed the bet.

As far as books, I'd go with one of the mall's sponsors at the top. That way, if a situation does arise, not quite like this one but a dispute of some kind, Dr Jack can have some pull for you.

I'm so sick of replies like this. Get a life dude. I put in $500 dollars last year before football season started and had $590 in my account going into this year. I always put the real amount that I wager on a game, and I decided all I wanted to wager on a preseason game was $90. Sorry if that amount doesn't impress you. I gamble for fun and budget a certain amount for what I consider a hobby.

Would I get more respect from you if I said I placed a $90k wager on the game? It would be easy for me to lie about the amount I am gambling but I don't feel the need to. If you gamble for bigger stakes good for you.

I never insinuated that the book would "go under" without my $590 account, it simply doesn't seem fair to me that they could change a bet after they not only posted the line but accepted my wager. I will not deal with Youwager again for any amount of money, and will simply take my small bets to another book who will be happy to have them.
