Thumbs down Zen Master and Lebron crying?

Both Phil Jackson and Lebron have been outspoken this week about playing on Christmas Day.......give me a phucking break......many Americans will be working Christmas Day for a hell of a lot less money then those two and I find it ridiculus that these overpaid aholes have the nuts to bitch about it

am I alone on this?

It's still a f*cking game right? I know when I was a kid, we'd go to the IC Church's gym on Christmas and play BASKETBALL!!! -- And we did it for fun. Family, shmamily -- you got enough dough... buy 'em a ticket and spend Christmas wherever you gotta play. Bunch a f*ckin pussy whipped ... --- nevermind... -- Merry Christmas!!

they could always coach and play for a totally shit team like the nets or timberwolves...then wouldn't have to worry about playing on a day they don't want to

the face of the nba...though the people are a captive audience without much to choose from on that boring day, the league isn't about to promote some scrub teams...if lakers don't want to play on that day, they should start being shit...if lakers were that religious then they would raise the question as to why they play just about every sunday after the all star break when the sunday game of the week begins

11 of 12 only year they didn't was lockout. personally think they should rotate the teams.

Lions have to take national tv games whenever they come along.

who are they going to rotate them with? don't think there are more than 6 teams that anyone would really give a shit about watching...then again..like i said the viewers are a captive audience since there is nothing else on...can subscribe to the communistic approach and give them what they think they should be seeing...but then again it won't be good for future business by displaying the shit teams...people will be turned off to the league when they have other things to choose from in terms of nightly programming

The players and coaches need to realize they are here to entertain the general public. The reason they make so much money is beacause millions of people enjoy watching their show, now dance monkey dance.

For an NBA contract, I'd play on Xmas day on the moon wearing a tutu!
