When on the GOW on ESPN, B Valantine exposed Quade for the POS he is, when the cameras zoomed in on Castro. Castro looked so digusting , munching and spitting out his sunflower seeds instead of paying attention to the game. He was turning his back towards home, while the pitch was on it's way and Quade never noticed.

It is no wonder it is 103 years with a manager that is this bad at the helm, and GM who hired him was there til 3 days ago

It's no wonder Alan Trammel turned down the chance to stay with the Cubs this season and Larry Rothchild who was pitching coach he forever, also bailed out. Neither one could stomach Quades lack of ability to manage. Players have dissed his ass all season and the only ones to get raked by Quade are Castro, 21 and Barney, the rook. He wouldn't say a word to one of the older guys, who might knock him on his ass

I recall when Quade traveled with Castro from Pitt to the All Star game and there was a multi hour delay in an airport. If I was Castro, I would have taken a different flight. sitting next to Quade for 15 to 18 hours would be more than I could handle
