i honestly think this is one record that will never be broken, and i love every season that goes by that espn starts talking about how some team is looking like they will do it and then they go and lose like 4 outta 5 and they dont bring it up again that season.

I told my buddy (an enormous NBA fan) that there was no way this Celtic team would top the 72-10 year before they played the Lakers....He strongly agreed....

First of all, the Bulls lost the second to last game vs. the Pacers by 1 and it just plain sucked that year....They shoulda been 73-9....Could you imagine? An NBA team that had single digit losses in an entire season?

Anyway, that team had a certain hall of fame coach, the 6th man of the year winner, the rebound leader, 3 players on the 1st team all defensive team, 2 on the 1st team all NBA team and two players in the top 50 all time players.....Oh yeah, one of which was the league MVP and greatest to ever wear a jersey....Good luck finding that mixture again....Lebron would have a shot down the road but they better surround him with a boatload of help!
