now that halladay is a philly, i am a converted phillies fan for NL purposes and against anyone but the jays and the phillies fan, you must make a shrine for roy halladay because after watching the phillies bullpen, you sure as heck better believe if he can finish a game, he WILL! he will never let these soapbox pitchers like baez and madsen ruin his leads for him. in toronto, the jays actually had a good bullpen and doc didnt want them to finish it for them, but with the phillies pen, he wont care if he throws 140

Doc wouldnt lose 10 games on any other team in baseball, i am almost dead serious. it was laughable whenever doc pitched, the jays struggled to get the guy runs.


anyways the phillies bullpen almost phucked it up for doc this time. let the man go the complete game.



i actually call that complete game #2 this year. he was at only 100 pitches, and doc can go 120 easy. it was only because of the big lead that they rested him, but thats 2 complete games out of 3.

thats what I said J he will get a ton of run support. Still not a complete game but I will take 8 hell even 7 the way the Phillies Pen and other starters have been going. The guy is a flat out stud

k you don't worry about bullpens in April. no one is in any sort of rhythm or schedule yet. plus romero is coming back, and lidge will either be a closer or set up, which helps Madson, im not worried about the bullpen, teams have to score at least 6 to even think about beating them anyway
