In keeping with their "lame" hiring of Ventura just to sell tickets, the will name Frank Thomas hitting coach, Minnie Minoso bench coach, and dig up Nellie Fox on Monday, Wednsday, Friday to teach them how to bunt.

No reason to spend a lot of $$ on a manager with experience, other than a high school hitting coach gig, as long as KW faked the team up with Rios and Dunn and Bacon looking more and more like a AA player. No comment on Peavy. Who knows what he can bring to the table. Oh, and another year of the talented AJ, and his 12% success tossing out runners.

Robin will have a lot of experience by the time the team is ready to win. This is JR's way of thanking the fans for all their support this year.

I agree 100 %. For what we expected, Peavy is the biggest disappointment of all. Damn your nice, calling Bacon a AA player. IMO he is a .230 A player who should be playing in Arizona the Fall. JR is now dealiong from the "Hip National Bank". He has become an Eye, Ear, Nose, Throat and Wallet Specialist. Does KW really stand for "Kan't Win"? I am convinced KW has a picture of JR with a sheep. The only way to keep his job. We had the only Chicago manager to win a World Series in over a 100 years and we didn't want him back. I guess Ozzie should have bought a camera, and follolwed JR around, instead of an iPod.
