Question What do you guys think?

Opening up this section to not only highly quantitative methods

but some less technical handicapping methods?

Maybe have the technical as a sub section?

gimme your thoughts

Speaking for myself I think it needs to be dumbed down a little bit. While I comfortable with numbers in terms of algebra the stuff UVA sometimes gets into flies right over my head and thus I have no idea how to ask a question or make a comment even if I wanted to.

Not a bad Idea, but I don't know if you really need a sub forum for it. Maybe just keep it technicapping mall and allow less technical capping methods to go in here as well:

In other words if you keep it Technicapping but allow more things in this sections such as systems and other methods, this section would see more action. I think if you do a sub forum, one of the two sections stay dead due to divided action in both. So I like the idea of more being allowed, but not in a sub forum.

Yes Red. That's exactly what we are going to do. The goal won't be to stop the tehnicapping stuff just widen the audience with everything handicapping. And I agree no sub forum. Going to post something soon concerning.

I visit this section often to try and learn how to be a better capper, but I admit I'm kinda slow. Crunching numbers isn't hard, but when you get into formulas and such, that's when I'll get lost.

Plus, I'll admit, I don't even know where or how to start my own research. Like, what to look at. I've been on the site for almost 3 years, and I'm still gambling. I'd like to be doing a bit more "educated" gambling, y'know? lol

But thanks for this section, and all who contribute to it. Someday, I hope I can as well.
