The two teams however are riding similar momentum paths heading into this match-up with the Lions coming of a big 36-1 victory over the injury plagued Eskimos, while the Argonauts were able to get by the hapless Roughriders 24-18 in their last game to stop a 6 game losing streak. Both teams have had their struggles, but both still have potential to break out and perhaps make some noise in the playoffs despite their poor record so far. There’s talk in both fan base camps of a potential sweep of these two games, which would position either team nicely for a late season run at a home playoff game.
