Grey Cup Game Lines & Chat Thread
WPG @ BC (in Vancouver)
Huge mismatch? We all know the Lions will win but I'm curious as to the pointspread line. BC -7 may not be enough. Might we see a Double Digit Line as a BC Favourite??? |

Whatever it is, it won't be enough. BC is elite at every single position. They win by 3 TDs.

BC goliath versus Winnipeg David? Forget about two early losses against Winnipeg. Both teams are different now. In talent, hard to find any Winnipeg edge except for defensive secondary. However BC has many advantages in quarterback, offensive line, receivers, linebackers, kicking, punt returns and coaching. Arguably, BC defense is better especially in latest 10 games. Key mismatch in least penalized BC versus most penalized Winnipeg. In momentum, BC is still hottest team especially in big games. Whereas, Winnipeg is inconsistent and more likely to choke.

I'll be on the UNDER for sure (probably a 24-3 type of game)
You're right, Angelus...don't see how the Bombers can score thru them so BC ATS is a big lean right now. |

Ricky, if there was a bye week prior to the Big Game just like in the NFL...I might consider WPG to cover because of extra prep time--there ain't. The Lions will roar!!!

just read that 17 Lion players have already lifted the Grey Cup in the past vs 1 or 2 in the Bomber squad
experience always a key factor |

Almost swept with the UNDER 50.5
That's one thing I don't understand...Refs whistling every play down in the last 3 minutes of the first half. A few were 3-5 secs long extending drives. Could have saved 3 pts from that late BC Field Goal. My point is Refs don't do this on many games, especially within the first half 3 min warning. Sometimes they do...sometimes they don't. ![]() The second half could have definitely saved another 3 pts from that late BC Field Goal and also one Blue Bomber Touchdown. It's games like this that I wonder if they don't have their hands manipulating the outcomes. |

I know there's a three minute warning for each half but what I'm saying is the refs were really tight on the whistle in yesterday's game. The clock started right on the snap everytime and stopped right on calling the play dead. In alot of games the clock started ticking when players were still in the huddle and also they could run the clock down easily in the first half. Just something I noticed because I played the UNDER. Happened to me earlier this season as well.
