Lucky's Week 9 CFL Play...

YTD 12-4 (+$5,920)

************12 unit play - Calgary -1 over Montreal************Stamps at home are a tough team to beat and their offence just seems to be getting more and more on track each and every week. Quietly, they have moved up the ladder in the West and with a win this week, can take over 1st place. Montreal is a tough opponent but with home field here and with Mtl juggling personnel at the punt/kick return position, I think Calgary will end up with better field position for each drive which will end up in more drives with points on the board. I see Calgary really making a move in this division over the next 3-4 weeks and separating themselves from the rest. Take the Stamps...

Wpg/Ham - My lean is towards Wpg but it's a toss up and I'll stay away.

Good Luck everyone!!!!!

You say it so much better than me, Lucky...but no matter it means the same. I know you have the same info connection as I do

How about that Sean Whyte!!! Alouette fans are exstatic about him. Entering today's game he was 2 FGs away from tying Don Sweet's old record of 21 consecutive FGs. Today Sean not only tied that record but surpassed it. He now stands at 22. What a steal from B.C.

Great call by the way. Keep it up!

Speaking of kickers Sandro DeAngelis should be released this week? Can't keep them all.

Boris - first off, yeah the Sean Whyte pickup was awesome. He is going to be a great kicker in this league for years to come as he'll always have the Canadian/import ratio on his side being CDN. He was a great kicker for the Lions but they were in a tough spot as McCallum was coming off of one of his best years but I was always a fan of Whyte.

As for Deangelis, he was the man a cpl of years ago so could be a good pickup for somebody.

Thanks for your posts and lets get em' again next week!
