This free .pdf explains options. Using options can avoid the risk of wild swings in markets from Aluminum to December wheat.

QT News reported today that "Top Argentina treasury ministry official suggested the government may have to lower its 2018 GDP forecast because of drought conditions affecting the country's grain and oilseed crops. Weather forecasters noted Argentina may have experienced the second driest December to February period since 1980, and some suggest that trend may continue into March. Analysts note rainfall during February in Argentina is typically between 4 and 5 inches, but sources say some rain totals ranged from 0.76 inches in Sauce Viejo to a scant 0.03" in Marcos Juarez."

I am adding a May hard red wheat contract. (/KEK8)

May hard red wheat up 25 cents or ($1250) from our entry point. I am taking full profits in the evening trade session @ 545 area. I will look for a good point to reenter this market. If the (/KEK8) fails to rise, I will sell short with a protective buy stop above the evening high.

If you followed my suggestion to short (/KEK8), BUY your short position at the market (about 532 now). You do not want to be short over the weekend. Wait until Sunday evening to look at the market again.

With the market drawdown started by a selloff of FB stock, does anyone like the ETF BOTX?

Thank you for a reply. Since no member posted an interest in the ETF, I sold it for a short-term profit. It closed at 23.33 Friday.

There has been support at 23.11 and 23.18 in two previous dips. That makes the chart a triple bottom. I am unsure whether* it goes up or down from here. If the NASDAQ market regains its uptrend or downtrend BOTZ is certain to follow either way.

I do not own this ETF.
In Trump-speak in a Tweet, he spelled it wether*, therefore, IMPEACH 45 for a typo. This is from people who think " R U OK" is writing.
