How many out there...

I'm interested in reviving the stock thread as I strongly believe that the market can provide a decent living with discipline trading. I'm don't play penny stocks but i'm open to listen and give feed back on them. Just trying to see if their is any interest out there. Bashing is okay as I have a very tough skin.

PANL very low volume, this a key point 10.97 where its at right now. support is 10.87 then 10.69 total breakdown is 10.31 this is the bad side. The upside is if it can get past 11.15 then 11.25 which is the next wall to climb. At $11.71 which imo is breakout towards north bound. The thing about energy efficient companies is that they are long term plays and if you are willing to tie up funds on a long term basis a company like this is good to hold but not great. I see the US department of energy has honored their technology and materials which is a plus for them now if a law was to come into affect saying all houses have to use their product then its a booyah.

A trade I took this morning is LOWE'S the reason behind this trade is that theyjust opened a store in Mexico which is a huge market. This is a earnins play as the report before the bell on Monday analysts are looking for a .12c profit on revenue. I got in at $22.85 and I looking for a 50c to 75c gain. Now 23.05 is a pivot then 23.32 if it get past 23.49 then the next stop is about 24.20.

LOWE'S (symbol LOW) close was very pleasing to see as the $24 and $25. march calls ended green. $24 calls gained 25% and the $25 calls gained 2.78% which looks promising. After hours B x A 23.13 x 23.25.

CIM if it wasn't for the dividend and I was in this it would have made me pull the hair out of my head. They pivot is 3.64 if you notice it got to 3.70 which is a resistance point and turn back down. Here is the expectation if it breaks 3.70 the next level it will have to break is 3.76 then 3.96 which is the breakout point then north bound this is the good side. Also the CEO (Mathew J Lambiase) bought 55K shares around the 12 FEB'10 a very good sign. The bad side now $3.58 and $3.52 is your support and $3.34 is breakdown this is where the discipline comes in $3.52 to 3.42 your call.

OME omega protein corp I can give you expectations on this and thats it cause all I can dig up is on 09 Feb'10 the board of directors hire David A Owen age 51.
