marijuana stocks

I am thinking of going in long on a couple of these weed related companies PHOT FITX and MJNA.

Is there any real potential in this sector or will the law prevent it from ever taking off?

didnt see this post till now, i never check cause never any action! i trade stocks for a living, full time.... weed stocks have been HOT. all those penny stocks are pump and dump stocks, they are not long term investments.... its momentum n pennies with a theme.... whenever the music stops dont be left without a chair.... ive been in HEMP & CBIS, selling both tomorrow. The time to buy them was month ago. but they can still be buy on dips as long as they are in play..... they are not investments, jmo. I am not an investment advisor and this post is not advice.

thanks duckster good advice. i took a profit on PHOT after selling off my position yesterday; looking for the next one to "pump and dump". i think there are a few of these companies that will make people extremely wealthy in the long term but i'll take modest gains here in the current time
