Hey Joe, I should have bet the house money on a horse, real estate is ridiculous in Jersey!!! House was listed last night at 7PM, first walk through was this morning at 10AM, followed by another 8 walk throughs today (and 2 more between now and 8PM - it is 5:20 right now). We looked at a couple of houses, looks like I'll be Mr. Fix-it again!!! I guess this house was just for practice!!!
