joey p didnt fire out the gate... he's not the type of horse that does well coming from behind... made a minor stretch run but they got the best of him when he alan had to come off the rail and go to the outside... wasnt sharp out the gate and needed to wire this one... first race off the layoff and i think he comes back to form... especially if his next race is at monmouth park...
