Early wagering has started today and Barbaro is 1-2 favorite, That's horrible! I guess it's not bad if you are going to bet against him. They have the Preakness special on ESPN right now.

Talked to my local bookie friend and he recommended a box of the 6 and 7 for tommorrow.

I have no clue in horse racing... I just said. Ok thanks.

What he must be talking about is a "box" of the #6 Barbaro and the #7 Sweet Northern Saint. This is one of the few ways that you can make some money on this race while having Barbaro to come in first. The box means that it can come in 6 and 7 for first and second or 7 and 6 for first and second. It's still not going to be a very big payout because you have a HEAVY favorite and a probably third choice. Good luck!!
