Belmont Wednesday June 11th

Going to play the first 3 races and depending where I'm at I'll see what I'm willing to wager on the Pick 6.

Race 1

#5 Buy a Personality

a couple of second place finishes with an increasing beyer. Looks to get that win today.

$15 WPS

Was no Show Wagering so WP $15 and it came in.

#2

#7 Blue Monster

Terrible outing in its first race, but it was ridden by a poor jockey and today he gets Velasquez on him on, so a better chance.

$5 PS

#2 Another Hades/#7 Blue Monster Exactor Box $10 ($5 each way)

Skipping the 3rd because too many scratches and the #3 should win easily.

Thanks Chris.

I found it extremely difficult to handicap these races, the sixth inparticular where I think 9/12 Horses could easily win it. I would not be surprised to see it roll over again but good luck to anyone who is also making a ticket.

Pick 6

1,2,4 with 5,6 with 1,8 with 4,8,9 with 1,10 with 8,10

$288 ticket

I will bet around these also.

Mine was much smaller of a ticket. I really like the 8 in the sixth and I used that as a single. Race 4 is out of the way. I bet a lot of people had that 1 singled because Caruthers on TVG used it as a single too

I was worried that 3 was going to ruin my ticket early. Anyways, what does your ticket look like Chris?

Mine is done now too I had Hot Table singled in that one because the only other horse I liked in the 5th was the 14 which was scratched. Looked good at the top of the stretch and then nothing

My ticket was $16, just trying to play it like the lotto, didn't want to invest too much because there is going to be a lot of winners I think, rest of the way looked like this for me:
Race 6: 8
Race 7: 4,9
Race 8: 5,9
Race 9: 10

I think its nuts that that pick 4 just paid almost a grand on a dollar ticket. Nobody playing it today I'm sure, but the highest price in there was 9-1. Could have been easily had I think if people played that today as well as the biggie

I got 4/6 on a ticket that cost me $16, I really hate to think what might have been had I put a little more money into it

For a $16 ticket that is stellar. The 5th and 6th races were difficult to find a winner in. A couple longer shots.
