Churchill Downs!

Me and my lady heading by there today. I know very little about horse racing

or betting them. Anyone have any advice about who to watch for, or just

some general advice. All help would be greatly appreciated.

Awesome! I am from originally Louisville and have been to the track hundreds of times. My best advice outside of some picks would be for you guys to get seats up on the second floor. I'm not sure of the prices, but it's well worth it. It will give you a chance to see the track all the way around. Go through the main gate and get thise tickets. You will have can still go down to the paddock area and other places. The tickets might be $10 for tickets on the second floor. Well worth it because you can get in the air condition and stay out of the rain if need be. If you have a chance, go to the Derby museum. It is to the left of the main gate. Yours truely is actually in the 360 video that is played every 45 minutes. Have fun!
