Churchill play...Wednesday, May 24

I am still on vacation, but had some time today to look at a racing form, so I may post a few plays today. Have just 1 right now to start with and will be back later hopefully with a few more.

Race 2 at Churchill Downs...

#5 Parker B. 7-2

Lots of things to like about this horse. 3 year old making his second start for a hot barn with a hot jockey aboard( J R Leparoux, 22% winners this meet and 28% for 2006) Also adds blinkers and Lasix for 2nd start and cuts back to 6 furlongs after comming up empty at 7.5 furlongs his first race. Also like the fact he is moving up a bit from 50,000 to 75,000. Usually when a hot trainer moves a horse up in class, he knows he has a good horse...

Another one to keep an eye on in this race is a first time starter breaking from the outside post #7 Chase Car. Sired by Silver Deputy who sends out first time winners at a 13% clip. Had had some solid works all spring and could fire at first asking. If he looks good in post parade, id definitely include him in any exotic wagering.

Be back later with a few more hopefully...

No, this is more of a visit than a vacation. I grew up in RI and moved to Indiana 16 years ago, so make a visit back almost every year. Last year we did stop at Churchill on the way home, but we normally dont make any plans to visit any tracks when we come out here. Today I just happened to have some time to hopefully bet some races, but unfortunately for some reason I cant get Churchill to come up at the Pinnacle site on my Moms computer, so am unable to place any bets, and of course Parker B just won the second race paying $10.60/4.00/2.40!!! Thats the way my luck goes, LOL. Hopefully some others made some money...

Unfortunately I am unable to make any bets today, but Ill look at a few others and if I find anymore good plays will post them. The fact I cant bet them means they will probably win, lol...

Bash, I have used both of your picks so far. Cheer for a longshot for me in the 5th I am alive with all horses. The 3 horse would be a nice one.
