The derby field wont be official until Wednesday, but it looks like it is pretty well set unless the sale of a contender happens today. Xchanger is ranked 14th on the graded stakes earnings, but his owner says he wont run him Saturday unless "a couple of the top conders drop out", which is not likely to happen. However, owner Domenic Zannino did say the horse is up for sale for the right price and if sold, new owners could run him on Saturday. The odds of this happening are slim, which means Teuflesburg, who is ranked 21st will get in.
