No doubt I Want Revenge is a great horse after that effort, but I was more impressed with the way jockey Joe Talamo handled him after he broke in the air and was several lengths back at the start. A lot of jockeys would rush a horse up when that happens and waste much needed energy. Talamo knew he had plenty of horse and just let I Want Revenge to settle in and slowly move up along the backstretch before making another great move in the stretch after getting blocked behind a wall of horses. Definitely a great horse, but what an impressive job by Talamo riding him...

I Want Revenge is owned by David Lanzman who recently sold 50% of the horse to IEAH Stables which owned Big Brown last year when he won the Derby. Which one is your sister-in-law?

I wish wildcat! We recently had twin boys and it was going to be way too hard. We are going to have a party at the house for it. Hopefully we will get a 2nd chance
To go sometime. We go to del mar (use to live there)each year to bet the horses and watch some of Davids other horses. Have fun this weekend wnd go I Want Revenge!
