Eliminator Contest --- Starts Sunday May 9

The ELIMINATOR contest will start on Sunday May 9, 2004....Please follow the rules below....This contest will only be valid if we get 15 entries for the first day....Anything less than 15 entries, the contest will be cancelled!!!!!

1) Contest will run on Sundays and Tuesdays until we have ONE Person standing...

2) Winner will get a $100 MVP Sportsbook account....Winner must deposit $50 and use the 3x 30 day rule...Winner also recieves an invite to The Champions Contest.....

3) Contestant must pick 1 horse from each track listed for that particular day.....You may list 1 Alternate Selection per track in case of a scratch...If both selections are scratched then the race will not count against you....There will be 3 tracks selected on any given day....

4) If any of your selections DOES NOT hit the board you will be given a Strike...3 Strikes and you are out of the contest....The winner will be the last person standing....

5) You must post every day of the contest to be eligible for the Grand Prize...

6) Post your plays using the following format...

Track Name:
Race Number:
Horses Name:

ALT SELECTION:

****If you are using an entry as your play, you MUST list both parts of the entry to get credit.....

7) You must post in the proper thread or you will be eliminated...

8) No editing your post, if you screw up, just make up a new post....All your plays must be in one post!!!!!

If there are any questions, let me know in this thread and I will answer them ASAP....I will have the first thread up for the first day of the contest late Friday night!!!!

I'll ask the first and most pessimistic question. What if you have more than one horse finish out of the money. Do you get more than one strike?

Yes, for every horse that finishes out of the money you get a strike...Once 3 of your horses finish out of the money you are eliminated!!!!
