I never really got a good handle on racing at those smaller meets in California. When I was at Monmouth on Wednesday they weren't carrying the Belmont signal due to some dispute, I generally don't spend much time on NYRA since I have been colder there more often than I am hot. I really stick to Philly, Delaware, NJ, Finger Lakes, and Maryland as my primary circuits.
