FSU, Mt Lookout went off at 1/2 or $0.50 0n a dollar to win, the place and show wager would have paid considerably less than that. I suggest in the future if you are going to wager on a horse, find a site where you can see the odds on a horse before you wager. I DID NOT bet this horse because of the LOW odds.
I will say this if you bet the horse to show you won, because, he came in 3rd. and for your dollar you got back I would say $1.10 a profit of $0.10, Myself, I usually bet $5.00 to win and forget about the place and show, but, that my way of betting and I suggest you find out what is suitable for you to wager.
Good Luck with your wagering!!!
