I thought that was Ron Pompeil's Ronco Rotisserie.... oh wait, that was 'Set it and forget it', nevermind.

I checked out that site grey, they don't tell you much other than you can email them to be a beta tester. I would guess that it looks at the odds of two horses, checks the projected payouts and looks for anomolies in the betting pools... (i.e. if a 2-1 and 3-1 horse projected exacta payot is $90, it is much higher than expected... Barry Meadows had a chart in one of his books on what the norm should be for the two horses based on odds). I guess the program would figure out how to hedge the bets based on the overlays it finds. That is at least how i would do it if I had no life and could spend all day playing with numbers!
