Internet viewing of races

Can anybody tell me how to view the races on the internet. What did you have to join? How much? I found Mountaineer had viewing of their races live. Does anybody know of any others? I tried to join TVG, but the have banned it in Indiana. They state that they will contact me when they have found a way to make it "legal" in Indiana.. Any help will be great!!!
