just curious

am I wrong or what? if a $1 ex box costs $6 then how does a $10 ex box only cost $40?

It doesn't if you're boxing 3 horses...its six bets. If you're boxing one horse with 2 others its 4 bets....

Example:

Ex Box 1,2,3 Six Bets 1-2, 1-3, 2-1, 2-3, 3-1, 3-2

Ex Box 1 with 2,3 Four Bets 1-2, 2-1, 1-3, 3-1

thanks i misunderstood the type of bet. in canada we call them ex part wheels, i ran into this problem in vegas when i was there
