Longshot Of The Day Contest - Thursday 4/22/04

Here is the first contest we are going to run in this forum....It will be The Longshot of the Day Contest....The rules are as follows and will be strictly enforced....THE DATE IS THURSDAY 4/22/04......POST YOUR PLAYS IN THIS THREAD!!!!!!

1) Pick 1 horse from the tracks listed who has a Morning Line of 5-1 or higher for your choice...

2) List 1 Alternate horse in case your first pick is scratched....

3) The winner will be the contestant whose horse pays out the most based on a $2 Win, Place, Show ticket....

4) In case of a tie, the person who posted first will get the prize...

5) PRIZE.........CAPPERS MALL POLO SHIRT....

6) You must post your play prior to the first race of the day from the track you choose....

7) If your alternate choice is from a different track than your main choice the post must be made prior to the first race of BOTH tracks...YOU MUST LIST YOUR ALTERNATE PLAY AT THE SAME TIME AS YOUR MAIN PLAY....If you do not list an alternate in the thread with your main play you will not get an alternate play if your main play is scratched....NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

8) PLAYABLE TRACKS for this contest are: Aqueduct, CharlesTown, Gulfstream, Hollywood, Pimlico....

9) Please list your plays in this format....

For your alternate, use the same format but type the word ALTERNATE above the track name.....

10) Automatic disqualification for the following.....EDITED POST, HORSE IS LESS THAN 5-1 on The Morning Line.....USING A TRACK OTHER THAN THE ONES LISTED FOR THIS CONTEST....
