hey savage welcome to the horse forum! im sure fortune steped out. i'll try and help. nor sure on his tri but from the looks of it he is keying the 1 horse in the one hole and maybe boxing the rest not sure. but the exacta box is any three of those horses have to finish 1st and 2nd. the pick3 sarts in the 3rd race and he has the 1,5,6,9 in that race, the 3 in the 4th and the 1,3,6 in the 5th race. hope this helped. good luck today
